When will my product arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, generally 4-7 business days.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

Ugh, that’s annoying — and we hate it too. Sometimes carriers drop the ball or the system lags. If your tracking looks weird or it’s been too long, shoot us a message. We’ll chase it down or send you a new one if needed. No stress.

How long do your soap bars last?

With daily use and proper drainage (keep it dry between uses), a bar typically lasts 3–4 weeks.

I entered the wrong address — can I fix it?

Contact us ASAP. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update the address. If it’s already en route, we’ll try to help with redirection.

What’s the shelf life of your products?

Most items are best used within 12 months of opening. Since we avoid synthetic preservatives, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place.
